All of our orders are made by hand to ensure maximum freshness and to carefully check quality before they leave our shop. We process orders as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be prepared.
All European orders are shipped from our shop in Estonia using premium FedEx delivery. Depending on where you live — whether in or near a big city or a more remote area — delivery usually takes between 4–10 business days for your package to arrive.
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a full FedEx tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Yes. You can change the contents of your box in your account page. You can change how often you want to receive your box. You can also change the products inside and add or remove products.
How do I store the treats?

When the box arrives, please transfer the treats to an airtight container in a cool dry place. They do not need to be placed in a fridge. This will preserve their freshness and they will last many weeks.

We offer both monthly subscriptions and one time purchases. You can choose which option you want on the product page when making a purchase.

If it is a temporary cancellation, please contact us and we can pause your subscription so you do not lose any offers you may be on.
